Get a Tiger, Tame the Flame View the Specification (pdf - 23 kb) Tiger Door FRP, an Overly Door Company, is proud to announce it has successfully tested its Fiberglass (FRP) Door and Frame units to both UL10B neutral pressure and UL10C/UBC7-2 positive pressure test standards for a 1-1/2 hour duration and 250 degree temperature rise. These patent pending door and frame constructions blend the latest technologies in fire protection components with the attributes of fiberglass to provide the ultimate FRP barrier. Seamless designs utilizing concealed intuemescents, along with factory pre-finishes in your choice of colors, provide aesthetically pleasing openings to satisfy the most demanding architectural designs. Basic features include sizes up to 4' x 8' singles and 8' x 8' pairs equipped with an overlapping astragal for bolt-in installation in block walls. The units can be prepared for all standard UL listed builders hardware with the exception of the concealed type. Openings up to 1-1/2 hours can be equipped with metal-framed vision lights with up to 1,296 square inch viewing area when glazed with Firelite glazing materials or 100 square inch viewing area when glazed with UL listed wire glass. Doors can also be equipped with 24" x 24" UL Listed fire-rated louver assembly and/or factory applied moldings. Further testing on this exciting product offering is on-going. Size Limitations: 4' x 8' single swing. 8' x 8' pairs with overlapping astragal, each leaf not to exceed 4' x 8'. Unequal leafs available. 4' x 8' maximum door panel size.   Hourly Ratings: UL "B" 1-1/2 hour label. UL "C" 3/4 hour label. Temperature Rise Ratings: 250° temperature rise for flush doors or doors with up to 100 in2 vision lights. Temperature rise not permitted on doors equipped with louvers. Fame Anchorage: Fire tested for bolt-in installation in an existing poured concrete or block wall. Frame Profile Limitations: Frame face trims from 1" to 4". Jamb Depths up to 9-1/2".   Vision Light Allowables: 1,296 in2 vision lights for 1-1/2 hour duration when single glazed with Anemostat Low-Pro metal framing system and Firelite ceramic glazing materials. 100 in2 vision lights for 1-1/2 hour duration when single glazed with Anemostat Low-Pro metal framing system and wire glass. 1,296 in2 vision lights for 3/4 hour duration when single glazed with Anemostat Low-Pro metal framing system and wire glass.   Louver Allowables: 24" x 24" maximum fire rated louver size when an Anemostat FLDL-UL louver is used. Hardware Limitations: Doors & frames tested for use with all standard UL listed Builder's Hardware, except that of a concealed type. All mounting of surface mounted hardware must be thru-bolted.
